HYPERBARIC FIELD MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Hyperbaric chambers are designed and manufactured to operate safely and efficiently for many years. In fact, it is not uncommon to see chambers that have been in operation for 30 years or more. Like any piece of equipment however, routine service by a qualified technician is needed to maintain the optimal functionality of the chamber.
PCCI Hyperbaric Systems has trained professionals who come to your site to fully maintain your chamber(s) to minimize down time.
We also provide emergency repair in the event of an unexpected malfunction.
Below is a list of some of the services we offer:
Annual preventive maintenance in the form of single or multi-year contracts
Overhaul, relocation and maintenance services for monoplace and multiplace chambers (all manufacturers included)
Optional complete systems upgrade(s) executed either in step by step format or all at once, depending on customer preference
Maintenance services are ISO 9001:2008 compliant
Orphan chambers also serviced
Hyperbaric chamber installation and relocation services provided domestically or internationally
Safety evaluations
Field re-window and seat and seal inspection services provided

6-Month Warranty provided for services by PCCI Hyperbaric Systems staff.

SEAT & SEAL FIELD INSPECTIONS
PCCI Hyperbaric Systems is proud to continue support for the expansion of its monoplace chamber field service
capabilities to include 10 year window seat and seal inspection,
required by ASME PVHO-2 for any make or manufacture of chamber system.
This service permits fully code compliant seat and seal inspections that can be performed
performed either at PCCI facility or at customer site.
This service protocol is designed to economically efficient to the customer and to minimize chamber down time.
