Professional hyperbaric chamber installation is a meticulously coordinated process that begins with the HBOT Facility Site Design. PCCI’s dedicated installation team reviews the facility following completion with the construction manager to confirm that all structural, electrical, mechanical, and ventilation systems are in place and meet the precise specifications required for safe chamber operation. One installation is complete, final commissioning inspection is followed with on-site operator training.

We carefully plan delivery and rigging so the chamber is positioned inside the facility and anchored with exacting precision — without disrupting the surrounding clinical environment.
Gas supply systems, electrical connections, control panels, and safety relief systems are methodically integrated and tested for full compliance with ASME, NFPA 99, and other applicable standards.
A final commissioning inspection certifies the system is operationally ready and fully documented before any clinical use begins.
With the chamber fully installed and commissioned, PCCI experts deliver a comprehensive program that equips your technical and operations staff with the knowledge and confidence to operate the system safely and effectively. Training is typically conducted on-site using your own equipment, so staff learn in the actual environment where they'll work.
On completion, operators receive all operational manuals, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation — with ongoing support available so your program launches, and continues, with confidence.
